Frame and front hubs

We have made a lot of progress this week. Our coach Mr. Seanard was able to weld the materials we cut for the main frame. We chose to use a stronger frame to make sure we are safe during the races. We had an option of using thinner and lighter metal, but determined it is better to have a solid and strong car.

During today's practice, we set up the steering caster on our steering hub setup. We 3D

printed some prototype wheel axles to make sure everything will line up correctly.
